I’m so pumped up over my new Arnold Schwarzenegger motivational gym banner/flag! I got this for my teen because I believed that she would need the constant reminder that she can conquer any battle that comes her way not knowing that she would love it so much to hang it over her bed. I have this hung up in room and it gives me good motivation to get to the gym. It is a good quality cloth flag and the print on it is nice and bold. Hangs on the wall easily with the loops.

Looks great in my workout area that also has a Ronnie Coleman flag. Everyone loves Arnold. He is THE face of bodybuilding and revolutionized the sport. The quality is fine for my purpose, but I wouldnt hang it up outside, it would look a little silly hanging on your house. Then again, to each their own
